ACBL undertakes construction of the actual outer structure, works on tenant space (including finishes on flooring and counters), installation of appliances and furniture specific to include any equipment to the tenant's use. Thus the customer is simply left to occupy the establishment and commence business. The building is complete as per plan and furnished as per the requirement of the customer.
